Born in Boston, Lisa J. Drapkin owns and resides in a 2-family in the Riverside area of Cambridge. Shortly after earning an MBA from Babson College in the late 80’s, she began in real estate by managing the rental division at a local Cambridge real estate firm. At this company, she was responsible for hiring and training agents as well as renting a wide range of properties.
She left real estate in 1991 and joined a direct marketing agency called CPS Direct as a Senior Account Executive. At CPS, she worked on both consumer and business-to-business marketing campaigns with organizations such as Harvard Executive Education, BayBanks, Lotus Development and Brandeis University. After four years, she decided to return to real estate and joined Hunneman-Coldwell Banker.
In her first eighteen months back in the business, she earned the Carlton Hunneman award for the highest gross sales for a new agent in the company. In her second year, she earned a vice presidency, which is awarded to those in the top 2% of the company. In 1998, she achieved the prestigious 1929 Club, which is awarded to the top 29 agents in the company. Since 1998, she has continued to earn her vice presidency and has been a consistent member of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Council. In 2010 she was ranked #14 out of 3,500 Coldwell Banker agents in the New England.
Lisa has been invited to speak on regional real estate panels and has been a trainer in the Coldwell Banker training school. On occasion, she has also been invited to be a guest presenter at Coldwell Banker branch offices. She is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Greater Boston Business Council, and is a Certified Buyer Representative and Trained Mediator. Lisa has a well deserved reputation for her knowledge of real estate and is renowned for her high energy level and enthusiasm.
In her spare time, she is a Board member for MassEquality, a member of the Federal Club of the Human Rights Campaign, a top Pie Seller for Community Servings and a member of Arlington Street Church.

As a full-time REALTOR®, Nancy Dixon is committed to delivering professional, personal service with the highest integrity. Over the last 25 years she has lived in six different neighborhoods of Cambridge, watching the changes through the end of rent control, the shifting populations, and the increase in property values, as well as following the evolving decorating styles, which has been entertaining.
Nancy has 25 years experience in sales, marketing, and advertising, working as a TV commercial producer and business manager in the advertising industry. The combination of satisfying her client’s artistic vision while staying within their budget (and the law!) has translated to helping buyers and sellers approach the market with realism and positive expectations.
Nancy's project management approach to marketing homes ensures that every transaction is organized and effective. She takes advantage of every tool available to move your property to the forefront – using both traditional and unconventional marketing methods. You can trust her to market your unique property, to present your property in its best light, and to negotiate on your behalf. Your interests will always come first.
Listening to her buyer clients is one of Nancy's greatest strengths. What are you really looking for? Her goal is to shepherd you through this most important process as effortlessly as possible. And she loves “the hunt.”
Nancy has taken a number of courses in law at Bentley College and is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the National Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service, the Cambridge Council of Realtors and Coldwell Banker Cares.
She graduated from Tulane University with a B.A in Music, picking up the violin at 35. Nancy has found an entire underworld of amateur musicians who love to play chamber music and she plays and performs regularly with the Melrose Symphony Orchestra.
Debbie Lewis, Realtor®, CBR

Debbie.Lewis@NEMoves.com

What drew Debbie Lewis to real estate was her love of houses and design, a desire to work with people, and the fast paced, stimulating nature of the job. Debbie's career leading up to real estate had been quite diverse and she has been fortunate to have always done work that she felt personally and passionately committed to. This includes working as a social worker, a community educator, and an organizational consultant/trainer specializing in the area of diversity and civic engagement. Debbie's focus has always been on relationship building, collaboration, and education, all of which are valuable skills in her work as a Buyer's Agent. And most importantly, she is committed to having fun while she works!
For many of us, buying real estate is not simply about finding a place to store our "stuff.” It’s about finding a place to call “home.” And this is not always a short and easy process! Debbie was a first time homebuyer in 1991 and remembers clearly how monumental the event seemed. She also remembers how invaluable it was to work with someone who could educate her about the process and help manage the emotional ups and downs leading up to the moment she walked away with a new set of keys. Whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned participant in the real estate market, Debbie looks forward to partnering with you to make your home buying process a smooth and enjoyable one.
Debbie is a Certified Buyers Representative and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the National Association of Realtors, and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
In her spare time, she continues to pursue her interest in civic engagement as a volunteer for PFLAG (Parents, Friends and Family of Lesbians and Gays) and The City Wide Dialogues on Boston's Racial and Ethnic Diversity, where she facilitates awareness seminars for schools and community organizations. And for fun, Debbie loves to take flying trapeze classes!
Dave Wood, Realtor®
Direct: 617-245-3934
Dwood617@comcast.net

As a life-long resident of Cambridge, Dave has a depth of knowledge and perspective of the City and its surrounding communities that is unique among Realtors. He has deep roots in Cambridge real estate. His mother was an agent in the early 1960s and his grandfather built a two-family house in North Cambridge.
Dave’s careers in journalism, public service, marketing and corporate public relations have provided him with a wealth of skills and experience to interact with people from all backgrounds and from all over the world. As a result, you can be assured of timely communication from a professional who is a good listener and an advocate for your best interests, whether you are buying or selling a home.
Having worked in many fast-paced and deadline driven environments, Dave is well suited to manage his clients’ transactions skillfully and smoothly, removing as much stress and worry from the process as humanly possible. His goal is to provide his clients with a buying or selling experience that allows them to concentrate on moving their household and family rather than worrying about the details of the transaction.
As a former reporter covering transportation, Dave enjoys keeping up with development issues and projects in and around the City that could affect property values and the demand for housing in the neighborhoods.
But one of the real fun aspects of the job is showing a client a property that they become excited about and watching them start to plan their lives in a new home. It’s gratifying to know that you’ve helped someone enter a new phase of his or their life.
Dave is involved in the Cambridge community as a member of the Agassiz/Baldwin Neighborhood Council and a volunteer with the Cambridge Commission for Persons with Disabilities.
He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors. He was a member of the 2010 Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society.
Dave graduated Northeastern University with a degree in Journalism and is an avid skier, thanks in part to a two-year stint in Colorado where he worked for a large telecommunications company when not on the slopes.
Nothing happens unless first a dream.
